In addition to employing in-house tradesmen, we at CLC Construction are constantly investing in new trucks and machinery in order to equip our people for success. An added bonus to having our own in-house people is that CLC Construction is able to maintain high quality standards as well as expedite the construction process, by saving on wasted downtime waiting for subcontractors. As a Building Construction Company, we continually re-evaluate our approach, improve our process and structure our work to deliver to the customer the best possible project.
Our History
Our owner Kevin Kloberg started building with his brother originally in Mendham, New Jersey during the early 1980’s. Over the next 20 years, Kevin built numerous projects, until 2000 when CLC Construction Co., Inc. was officially started. CLC Construction is a family business with Sue Ann, Kevin’s wife, running the administrative side of the business and Sean and Tyler, Kevin and Sue Ann’s sons, both working as project managers. CLC Construction Co., Inc. has taken on a variety of projects ranging from complex additions and historical renovations to complete custom new homes. Fast-forward to 2018, Sean and Tyler Kloberg, the 2nd generation has taken the direction of CLC Construction Co., Inc. into mainly new custom homes, ranging from country estates to seashore retreats.
